We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions from guests of our hotel. Hopefully you will find this information useful. If you have a question that is not on the list, please feel free to contact the hotel, it would be our pleasure to assist you.

1. Q: Where is the closest ATM & BANK located?

A: There is an ATM located in La Cage aux Sports Restaurant & Bar inside the hotel. There is also a Bank of Montréal in the Carrefour Laval Shopping Centre in front of the hotel.

2. Q: Where is the closest Liquor Store?

A: The closest Liquor Store (SAQ) is located in the Carrefour Laval Shopping Centre in front of the hotel.

3. Q: Where is the pop machine located?

A: It is located in the lobby and costs $2.00 per bottle of pop.

4. Q: How far is the closet subway station from the hotel?

A1: By car, 5 minutes with free outside parking at the Montmorency subway station.

A2: By public transportation, 9 -12 minutes starting from Le Carrefour Bus Terminal next to the hotel. Public transportation fee: $2.75 per adult

A3: By taxi, 5 minutes, approximate charge of $10.00

5. Q: Where is the closest hairdresser/day spa located?

A:We recommend Lise Watier Health Space in the Carrefour Laval Shopping Centre in front of the hotel & Orazio Spa in Centropolis, a 5 minutes walk from our hotel. Both facilities offer a wide variety of services.

6. Q: What is there to do in Laval?

A: Located just behind the hotel, sits the Centropolis Complex where you will find a movie theatre, several fine cuisine restaurants, the famous Moomba night club, SkyVenture and some high-end shopping. Please refer to our Activities page for more information.

7. Q: Do you allow pets?

A: No, Holiday Inn Laval Montréal Hotel is not pet friendly. Service dogs are accepted.

8. Q: Do you have dry cleaning services?

A: Yes, we have same-day dry cleaning services from Monday to Saturday. We also offer a 24 hour on-site Self-Service Laundry facilities ($).

9. Q: What hours does the pool/fitness facility operate?

A: Our pool/fitness facility opens at 7:00am and closes at 10:00pm. Use your room key card to access the fitness facility. For security reasons pool facility needs an access key available at the Front Desk.

10. Q: Is there a charge for phone calls?

A: Yes, $0.86 including tax per call and long distance is billed at various rates.
